Government Property Disposal Websites
The government agency GSA, the General Service
Administration, is the agency responsible for
disposing of surplus government real estate.
It used to be quite difficult to locate these
properties to bid on them. That's why you see
so many TV commercials offering to sell you
that information. Well we have it here for you
for free!
The General Services Administration has
established a web site which will allow buyers
to get info and bid for unwanted federal properties.
The Office of Property Disposal allows the
public to bid for properties nationwide.
Bidders can search the site by state and also
by property type: raw land, industrial,
commercial, residential, multi-unit, and
agricultural.
Here is the new "Office of Government Disposal"
