I think I might try …
I think I might try this and I’m getting that nervous excitement feeling, I’m really good at marketing but I zone out when reading long documents like Ron Le grand’s course, it would probably sit there forever. Could I do this solely by listening to your videos because I understand everything you say so far. I have alot of family in real estate but they want me to be an agent—>broker like them, I already passed the real estate course.

Take out the UGLY …
Take out the UGLY because sometimes the houses won’t be UGLY, a deal is a deal regardless if it’s PRETTY or UGLY, you need at least 100 signs out in one area

No Ty, I’m using …
No Ty, I’m using printed signs. I got them from dirt cheap signs. The background is white with blue lettering with my phone number in black. I’ve been putting them out at busy intersections at least 25 at at time. The only time I will use blanks is when I want to contact cash buyers. I haven’t put out my new signs yet. Those are my “We buy ugly houses” they are 12×18 with black on yellow. Any suggestions Ty?

Tyrone meet Tyrone …
Tyrone meet Tyrone lol. You give some really great advice. I’m in Baltimore. My bandit sign marketing doesn’t seem to yield that great of results. It could be because I’m using 12×18 instead of 16×24. I just ordered a bunch of black on yellow, so I will see how that works, any advice ty
