i have a good income but no money saved for down payment. so i can afford a high monthly payment. any help?

Get with an experinced Realtor in your area. These guys have been working with people like yourself for years, and they know the banks to trust and which ones to steer clear. If you need help finding on, I can help i know realtors everywhere. Landstonegsl@yahoo.com

Easy. Start by going to a bank or mortgage broker. E-mail me if you want to. Have them run a pre-approval on you. If you want it official, it will cost you a credit check. If you just want to know that yes they can finance you, then you’ll just need to answer a few questions. They can approve you for 100% financing for up to a certain dollar amount. Then, go shopping.

Now, keep in mind when you are writing up a purchase agreement that you will need the seller to cover your closing costs or you will still have money out of pocket. Depending on your area and current market conditions, this may be standard practice, or you may need to increase your offer amount a little to get them to cover the expenses.

Good luck. You shouldn’t have any problems. 100% financing is the #1 used loan in America
