How do I find Bank Owned Property to buy for real estate investments?

1, You can contact the banks and ask how they deal with REO property (REO – Real Estate Owned by the bank).
2. You will likely find that they list all their property with specific agents. It is common practice that a bank is going to use an agent so that the property is effectively marketed and made available to the full market.
3. Some lenders will sell as-is while others might focus on improving the property so that it is move-in ready. That is a business decision and does tend to vary based on local practices.
There is no master list for REO property. Each lender can do what they want to do but most will use an agent when the property is on the market.
