Electrical wiring could have fatal problems. Make sure there is no mold infestation and no water damage.

Once major repairs are taken care of, you will have a finished home and then you can make minor repairs including painting the outside and the inside, fix the kitchen, doors, and cabinets. Then you can decorate the home nicely so that you can sell the home for more value.
