What is your keys of managing risk in your real estate investments?

There is always a risk . . .
If you can start now, it is a good time to get a great deal on land.
And the market will only get better from here so selling again won’t be a problem.
But make sure you are in a good location . . .
steady, or that at least shows signs of growth.
Also depends on what sort of project, commercial you can be less picky regarding location
but resdiential you need to choose carefully.
Its all about the timing, and if you believe that the market in your area
is showing signs of recovering then do it.
