Are apartment buildings classified as a residential property?

Im making a real estate website and i have a commercial tab and a residential tab. Do apartment buildings go under residential? or do i make another tab like a revenue property tab?

You can put them under residential or you can make a Multi-family home tab. Multi-family home tab is great for Apartments, Duplexes, and Tri-plexes.
