How do I create a land trust for my real estate investments?

What kind of attorney (specifically) do I need (to set up a land trust for a double closing) and where do I go or what website can I find them to "hire" one?
You need an attorney for that. But I do have to ask what you expect to gain from this. A trust can be beneficial for holding real estate assets such as a significant rental property portfolio but as a pass-through entity merely for buy and sell it’s of much less value given the costs involved.
