What’s new on Sand Dollar Blog:

In the last newsletter I said that despite what the headlines and newcasts are saying, the market numbers are getting better. Well the March numbers have not been published by the board of Realtors just yet, but I can say that Sand Dollar’s March numbers are way up over February’s. Maybe it is just Spring or maybe it is a real change in the Central Florida market. Offers are coming in left and right on our listings. So whatever it is, good things are happening. This week the Florida Association of Realtors is headed to Tallahassee to fight for lower property taxes, less over-burdensome regulations, and for the private property rights of Florida’s citizens. I am fortunate enough to be attending with them this year as we meet with legislators on important real estate issues.

Lastly the Investor Summit 2009 is coming up this weekend, April 17-19 right here in Orlando, FL. Than Merrill (A&E flip this house), Richard Roop, and David Lindahl are among some of the big names that will be speaking at this 3 day event.
